On Tuesday, in the company of my family and friends, I attended at the prize giving ceremony of the Hungarian Nature Photographer of the Year competition in Budapest. The ceremony was a great surprise for me, as 18 of the 107 exhibited images were mine, I was winning 11 awards from the total of 37, one of my images was selected as the Nature Photo of the Year, and last but not least, I was given the title „the Hungarian Nature Photographer of the Year 2011”!

Since 2005, we have travelled together as a team, constantly being on the move to capture those memorable experiences in nature, with our cameras in our hands. Our projects capture different parts of the "Cap of the North", in a never-ending search for eye-catching scenes, and the magic light that is so characteristic of this region. It is the desire to get back to our roots – to live with nature that inspires us to create the images that we do.
